Another great Milk Run with May and Adri. We started a bit late (because of me) but delivered all the help without missing anyone.
As had been the trend since 2011, less and less moms are registering their babies and so we’re delivering much less milk formula and baby diapers.
In Feb of 2011 we had 150 babies just in Rong Moo – now that number is 12. Today, only 10 came which also shows that the 300 baht box of baby milk formula is not as important to them as it used to be.
In Suan Ooy we gave out 5 packets of milk formula (all moms of registered babies showed up) and another 10 packets to registered seniors that take milk formula as a food supplement. We also delivered baby diapers in both communities to the neediest 6 moms.
