An unusual Milk Run – we’re getting used to the new schedule:
7 am in the Ring Moo and
8 am in Suan Ooy
I started alone in Rong Moo and met Miron in Suan Ooy. We delivered a total of 16 packets of milk formula and added a 7 month baby girl to our list of registered baby recipients.
Adri arrived to Ekkamai at 8:30 so we were happy to ask sit for a dessert and coffee…
Later, I took Sister Joan’s truck for it’s regular wash…
We had a great shopping trip to Makro and the Klong Toei Market and by noon, the car was loaded and parked in Rong Moo community.
Later, our volunteers delivered all 61 food packages to our registered Thai seniors.
Adri came to Bugs Terminal and Miron found his way to Rong Moo for another good Milk Run.
We delivered a total of 20 boxes of milk formula to registered Thai moms.
A very wet Rice Run. Adri came to help distribute, Sharon and Sian and Audrey were there too.
Even Khun Jim had to lend a hand to deliver the 58 food packages to our registered seniors.🌟
Earlier in the day, Miron and I did the shopping part…
Adri and Willy came to the Bus Terminal and Miron met us in Rong Moo…
We delivered 21 milk formula boxes to moms of Klong Toei… Here are more pics…
Sister Joan’s truck was on repair longer than anticipated so we used mine.
Only in Thailand could we park and leave all three rice unlocked in the middle of the slum and nothing was touched by the time volunteers arrived to distribute the food items.
59 of our registered recipients came to collect… A bit later, I came over to pick up the truck and take it home… Another good Rice Run…
Sister Joan’s 23 year old truck needed some TLC, namely a new battery and a fix of the back door and it’s lock that stopped working. So after the Sep 27 Milk Run was complete, I dropped it off at Nissan Service center.
Sister Cecilia coordinated everything with the lovely Thai staff…
Everything was completed 10 days later…
Adri came to help with this Milk Run, doing everything with speed and ease, as always.
We registered another newborn in Rong Moo
and delivered 9 boxes of milk formula there and another 10 in Suan Ooy.
Miron joined me for the shopping part and all was done quickly!
In the afternoon, the volunteers did their magic to deliver 59 sets of food items to our registered recipients.
Vlada joined Adri, Miron and me for a memorable Milk Run.
We delivered 18 boxes of milk formula in Rong Moo and Suan Ooy communities. As always, we also stopped for a morning cup of coffee…
Another great Friday morning…
