Sapee and I did a very fast shopping trip, it was all done in 2 hours!
I’m the afternoon, Shannon led the volunteers to another successful distribution. They gave all 58 sets of rice, fish sauce, cooking oil and dried pork to our registered Thai seniors.

Adri and Amanda came to help on this Friday.
We delivered 21 packs of milk formula and had the usual coffee break at Amazon Cafe. Afterwards, I continued to Suan Ooy community.
There we got another newborn, a 5 day old baby girl. Her mom is 17. I gave out 10 more packs of milk formula there, unloaded the car at Boss and took it for it’s regular wash… Here are more pics…
Sapee and I went shopping this morning and packed the car to the brim.
We dropped the next Milk Run supplies at the Boss and then parked the car in Rong Moo.
In the afternoon, Martel, Sophie, Claire and Debbie arrived to distribute 56 good packets to our registered seniors. Refreshments followed!
What a wonderful Milk Run we had this morning. Adri and Willy meet me at Bus Terminal (Eastern) and we rolled into the distribution point at 7am sharp.
We were lucky today to also have Irza shortly after 7am and moms and babies just kept coming.
We delivered 24 packets of milk formula, registered another 2 week baby and gave away 2 baby carriers.
Once done in Rong Moo, we made our usual coffee break. Adri left us then and Willy, Irza and I continued to Suan Ooy where we delivered another 11 bags of milk formula.
Sooner or later most of us realize that living in Thailand is a privilege, something we got lucky to experience. Most foreigners living here remember the date they arrived as some sort of a milestone, if not accomplishment. I arrived on May 19th, 2010 and never miss to notice and celebrate the day.
Sapee joined me for this shopping trip and we went to wash Sister Joan’s truck before shopping.
We dtopped off Milk Run purchases at Boss Mansion and left the car parked in Rong Moo for Shannon and the team.
At 4pm Shannon, Claire, Martel and Willy came and delivered food to all 58 registered recipients. Great job!! 🌟 Here are more of Willy’s excellent photos…
Adri came again to help at the Milk Run. We delivered 22 packs of milk formula in Rong Moo and another 10 in Suan Ooy. It was a lovely and very easy Milk Run.
I went shopping alone this time and finished everything by 12 noon.

Today, Sister Joan turned 92 and she tested positive for Covid this morning. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Update (May 4): Sister tested positive but she is feeling well. I’ll update here as days go.
Update (May 14): Sister is well now and out of isolation. She even has visitors. All seems back to (this New) normal.

Moms were there already, waiting for us. Many came with the little ones and Irza joined us shortly after. We gave out 24 boxes of milk formula and registered two new babies to the program.
Adri left us after our usual coffee break and Irza and I continued to Suan Ooy community. We registered another two new babies and delivered 11 packets of milk formula.

K Anju generously donated another 5000 baht for this Rice Run. Miron and I met at Makro and continued to Klong Toei market to collect all the ingredients.
Shannon and the rest of volunteers came at 4pm to distribute 56 sets of love and help. Went off April, still no rain. We have high air pollution and record seeing temperatures. Thank you all for showing up for the needy. 🙏🏻
