Adri and Miron joined and we delivered 15 boxes of milk formula in Klong Toei’s Rong Moo and Suan Ooy communities.
After we finished, we drove to Kluai Nam Thai hospital to visit Irza and his wife. They were there to welcome the arrival of their beautiful baby boy…

Miron came to help with shopping part and we took a break at excellent Yen Akat Bagels place.
We finished it all, I mean: all. 😃
At the afternoon distribution things were even better. 60 Thais came to collect on a beautiful, sunny and cool Friday.

The Rainy season seems to have finally ended and the weather has gotten cool in Bangkok. Sun is up later as well so heading to Klong Toei starts in the dark…
Willy came to join Adri, Miron and me this Friday. We delivered 14 boxes of milk formula in Rong Moo and Suan Ooy communities of Klong Toei. In between, we enjoyed amazing scones with jam kindness of Miron.

Carmen joined Miron and me for the morning shopping trip.
We finished at Makro in record time, had Yen Akat bagels for breakfast and got dried pork at Klong Toei market. Miron and I repacked the car at our Boss Mansion storage room and I left it loaded and parked in the slum.
Claire led the afternoon distribution. This fortnight we delivered 59 sets of rice, cooking oil, fish sauce and dried pork to our registered Thai seniors.

I invited our volunteers to come and share memories of Sister Joan and her Bangkok Mission on a Sunday afternoon. We picked Kuppa, the lovely Australian restaurant Sister Joan liked to visit on Soi 16.
Miron and Claire came and we spent time having good food and taking about Sister and her life: before, during and after she left Bangkok.
It was a great way to say another goodbye to our Joan.
