Today I was alone at the Milk Run, just like Sister Joan used to do. It was very easy, we’re still not getting all of the moms show up in Rong Moo so the biggest crowd I had is pictured above. In the end it was just 7 recipients there.
Not sure if this is a boy or a girl but so, so sweet, like a perfect little macaron… In Suan Ooy 11 moms or dads showed up to collect and I also gave out 11 bags of Carnation to the seniors there.
All was done by 9:30 so I had time to have Sister’s car washed and make a visit and deliver pampers to Fon, a 29 year old girl Sister Joan started supporting back in 1992. She was born with no control over her muscles and her mom has been taking care of her all of her life.
Seeing her and taking a walk in Klong Toei puts all of our troubles and suffering in a different perspective.
